Meet Danielle

I began working with numbers as the General Manager in my family’s restaurant in Florida. I had the pleasure (no, really, I love this stuff) to manage the conversion from our old-school paper bookkeeping system to QuickBooks. Ever since then, I’ve looked for ways to add value to small businesses by organizing their books and helping them have conversations with their accountants that lead to growth and greater profitability.

I continued this type of work in-house for years in various industries: from retail and service to construction and more.

In 2015, I founded Neatbooks to provide in-house expertise as an outside consultant. With Neatbooks, I help small businesses use QuickBooks Online (QBO) to organize their numbers. Our job is to be an extension of your team – without the additional overhead. We are strictly a virtual company that grows with your business. We pride ourselves on being problem-solvers in our field, and if we don’t know the answer, we’ll find it.

When I’m not organizing numbers for clients, I’m spending time with my husband Guillermo and our 2 dogs and cat. I’m passionate about animal welfare and donate my time and money to related causes.
